Residence Karina - Holiday village

In the village – 39 modern, air conditioned, fully-furnished and well-equipped 2/3 rooms apartments. As well as a beautiful swimming pool with designated areas for adults and children, umbrellas, a deck with lounge chairs, children’s play area, a small gym, ping pong table, barbeque area, token operated washing machine and dryer, a bar / café for breakfast and lunch, a mini market, free Wi-Fi and free parking. 

In the apartments – a total of 39 apartments, 14 apartments with one bedroom 42sqm and 25 apartments with 2 bedrooms 50sqm. 

Some of the apartments are located on the ground floor with access to the garden and others are on the first floor with a balcony equipped with outdoor furniture. 

The apartments consist of one or two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, heating and air conditioning. One bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 5 guests (with an extra bed in the living room - if the 5th guest is under the age of 10) and the two bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 6 guests. 

Location – Residence Karina is a popular family resort located on the south-west side of Lake Garda, a short distance from the little resort located on the south-west side of Lake Garda, a short distance from the little picturesque town center of Moniga del Garda and 200 meters from the lake in a quiet and sunny location with panoramic views. Just 20 kilometers from Sirmione and less than 30 kilometers from the attractive amusement park of Gardaland.

Terms and Conditions

Include – electricity,  linen & towels (first supply), air condition, final cleaning at checkout (except the kitchen).

Not include – local tax 0.6€ per day per person (over 14 years old)

Deposit - 100€ cash only

Additional set of linen and towels - 8€ per person

Crib - 20€ per week
