Warranty

The services listed on this site are subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Booking products offered on the website constitutes your express consent to these Terms and Conditions.

It is known to the commuter that these terms and restrictions constitute conditions for the binding contract of engagement between him and the organizers.

All the services offered by the company "Tamuz Tourism- Gogarda" are services provided by a third party and are considered as a courier for the passenger or on his behalf, as a liaison subject to the conditions and rates according to which the organizing and operating bodies manage according to their decision.

Please note that there may be cases in which the hotel will be forced to change the booked hotel to another hotel, subject to finding

an appropriate alternative at the same hotel level.

Payment

Order payments will be made by credit card and/or Paypal.

The order will be transferred to the hotel or to the various suppliers abroad and/or will take effect only after providing credit information and/or receiving the payment. The customer will be charged only after the order is confirmed by all suppliers. Failure to provide credit information and/or actual payment by the customer up to 48 hours from the date of ordering, means that the order is

cancelled automatically without any notice.

E-mails

The company will send its customers all the information, hotel vouchers and/or holiday villages, car rental and any other service that has been ordered, via the e-mail address that was used on the ordering forms. The information can be a quote, a copy of the order placed, relevant information prior to the holiday, feedback or any other information that the company has found appropriate to convey to customers.

Local Tax

At all the hotels and resort villages on Lake Garda it is customary to charge tourists local tax. This tax is not included in the price and is collected onsite upon arrival or at check-out. The local tax rate is around 1.00€-3.00€ per person per night.

Double Rooms (DBL / TWN)

In many hotels the double rooms consist of two single beds or one double bed. There is no possibility to guarantee either set up in advance and the organizers are not responsible for the arrangement or quality of the beds in the room.

Resort Apartments

The description of the apartments, including the division into rooms, the arrangement of the beds and equipment available, appears on the accommodation page on the website.

Damages and Insurance

The passenger has the obligation to insure himself with a health and luggage insurance policy.

Tamuz Tourism- Gogarda is not responsible for damages caused to the passenger as a result of an accident, illness, passenger negligence, damage to luggages, theft, loss and medical expenses. Should the passenger decide to schedule an earlier return for any reason, it will be the sole responsibility of the passenger. Tamuz Tourism- Gogarda is not responsible for any reimbursement of services not used by the passenger for any reason.

Refund Policy

Any refund to customers for any reason, will be refunded to the customer whether by a bank transfer or through credit card with an offset of €25 handling fee.

Important

If you encounter a problem related to your stay and the package you purchased through "Tamuz Tourism- Gogarda" during your stay abroad, you must inform the hotel and/or the holiday village and us, in real time. Many hotels as well as other service providers will not look into passengers' claims if the fault is not reported in real time.

Check-Ins and Check-Outs of Rooms, Apartments or Villas

Due to the fact that the hours of checking-in/out of the rooms/apartments vary from one accommodation to another, this information can be checked beforehand on the page of the accommodation you booked.

Jurisdiction

It is agreed by both parties that jurisdiction regarding the passenger-organizer relationship will be dealt by the courts in Israel only.

General Cancellation Fee

On each of the product pages that appear on this site, there is a cancellation policy regarding that product. In case of cancellation by one or more passengers out of a number of passengers approved in the reservation, the cancelers will bear the cancellation fee as indicated and in addition the cost of the change in the reservation of other passengers, if it was effected. This is relevant to any type of vacation reservation that was purchased through the website.

Any cancellation and/or change that will be sent to "Tamuz Tourism- Gogarda" on Saturday or Sunday, will be considered as done on the following working day (for the purpose of determining change/cancellation fee).
